Bio
Adrea has been involved in the attractions and entertainment industry for 40+ years. Her work has taken her around the globe. Living and working in Europe, Asia, and across the United States has directly impacted her approach to the human element and cultural sensitivity from both the employee and guest side of experience.
Her background as a professional theatrical director, choreographer, performer, writer, and designer has influenced her operational expertise allowing her to exercise both sides of her brain in innovating the guest experience.
She is passionate about and invested in practicing IDEA (Inclusion Diversity Equity Accessibility) concepts having done since her earliest days in the industry…before had a label. The use of multiple levels of learning (visual, aural, kinesthetic, logical, social, solo, natural) throughout the training and operational processes are core to her tenants to work to assure information is received in the most effective and efficient manner to the individual team member.
Adrea is dedicated to volunteerism working diligently in mentoring and development program, as well as human and animal rights, and so appreciates Meow Wolf’s good work as a B Corp.

Thrilled to be on the Convergence Station Opening Operations Team leading the hiring and training for the new exhibition. Continued to further innovate the “Creative Operator” roles and initiatives as used during Omega Mart opening including partnering on uniforms, costumes, interactive experiences, and on-going defining and refining the overall guest experience. Was honored that Meow Wolf 101: The Beginning was awarded IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions) Brass Ring Award for HR Innovation in Training Programs in 2021 as implemented for both Omega Mart and Convergence Station teams.

Proud to be part of the Omega Mart Opening Operations Team driving the unique hiring and training programs including behavioral practices, IDEA (Inclusion Diversity Equity Accessibility) focus, and multi-level learning (visual, aural, kinesthetic, logical, social, solo, natural), as well as front-facing operations development and execution, leadership to front line roles. Helped model the “Creative Operator” role that combines operational requirements of each position with a performative overlay to take the Guest Experience to the highest elevation through immersion and engagement.
