Over 14 years of experience as a Producer and Creative Design Management for the hospitality industry in theme parks, hotels, and cruise ships. The focus of my career has been on developing and creating immersive Guest Experiences that tells a sweeping story that allows our Guests to create memories that last a lifetime.  
  
At Meow Wolf, I lead the Operations Development Team where I have been able to support numerous efforts from site selection, designing for human factors for our Guest Experience and Employee Experience to working on new expansions and locations.  
  
Prior to Meow Wolf, I spearheaded the newly created Family Experience line of business strategic approach, process, brand promise, and unique intellectual property for Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Then 12 years with the Walt Disney Company, where I was a Producer for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at the Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resorts and also worked on epic projects such as Pandora: The World of Avatar, Cars Land, Shanghai Disney Resort, and more.
