Born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Emily Montoya is a Co-Founder of Meow Wolf, and is a driving force behind the brand's visual identity, creating memorable designs and characters, including the beloved mascot, Snaggy. As Meow Wolf's Senior VP of Brand, Montoya specializes in translating the fifth dimensional whispers of the egregore into words and images that can be more readily enjoyed by the inhabitants of this dimension, bringing characters and worlds to life through creative direction, graphic design and storytelling.
