Richard Staib is the Senior Vice President of Exhibition Production of Meow Wolf, an art collective that has transformed into an award-winning Arts Production Company. Staib received formal training in special effects as a sculptor, mold maker, and makeup artist in his early years, utilizing his creativity to build skateparks and haunted houses. His experience led him to Los Angeles, where Staib began managing projects at Disney and Universal Studios. He has spent the last 16+ years producing attractions and rides, and most recently completed the “Rise of the Resistance” rides for Star Wars at Disneyland and Disney World.
