This sculpture started out as a functional shelf to display some evocative found objects and an experiment in sculpting in VR to make 3D prints. As the sculpture progressed and I became more familiar with the new tool, I tapped into improvisation and stream of consciousness, some of the forms became more literal, such as eyes and mouths. I then assembled the final print with some thrift store and found objects, such as an egg diorama, a grackle feather, an apple core. The objects and sculpture tell a fragmented dreamlike subconscious narrative that is open to interpretation in the spirit of divine babble.
